In recent years, while you were awakening, we often mentioned those whose time would come at some point in the future. And now it has come. The time of their transformation has come, which initially will be preceded by loss, pain, lack of prospects and great confusion – exactly the way you got to experience it. Since January 2008, active waves of awakening have been rolling across the earth, and now they are beginning to affect mass consciousness, the common run of mankind. Although these waves are filled with light and high electrical Spirit ascension energies, those affected initially perceive them as exactly the opposite. Because, as you are well aware, these cosmic energies initially tend to trigger acute problems related to the transformation processes in all areas of life – some of them very profound – in the process of unveiling attachment, pain and chaos structures in human beings which had been occluded before. Their thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions are becoming chaotic and cease to follow any of the old laws, any of the old rules. With the result that the entire setup of lives (the way people organize and handle their lives) and the bodies housing them (associated with health or disease) are beginning to fall apart – or so it appears.

Many of you have come to know this phenomenon well in the meantime. Many of you have already been through deep valleys and have developed a great deal of trust in this process, which is pulsating so powerfully, even though or exactly because it is totally unpredictable. Again and again, after every dark stream of outbreath, you experienced the light-filled inbreath – an inner light following inner darkness which became brighter, clearer and more radiant than ever before with every time.

And of course we – and you, too – have come to increasingly receive cries for help from people who are in an acute crisis concerning all areas of life: difficulties with their partner or spouse, their job and economic security going downhill while their body and psyche are about to reach the maximum of what they can tolerate. Many of you have already been familiar with this phenomenon for quite a while. For many others, it is totally new. Although it did not just arise recently and it has been in preparation for many years, it took until now before it began to also erupt in the lives of the general public, challenging them to take responsibility.

The time of the Forth Wave of Awakening has begun, which had been announced for years. Now the spirit of the times is beginning to uproot everybody else, and not just the vanguard for change. The vanguard was you, the so-called spiritual people, the seekers and esoterics. For a long time, others suspected you were a cultist and nuts, while you were right in the middle of your own spiritual development, watching your life taking one U-turn after the other and your body being transformed, often without being able to tell what was what and often finding yourself loopy, too. The years since 1987 that you spent over the light body process, however, which shook you so profoundly, were simultaneously spent by others continuing to live in their perceived civic security for a long time.

But now these days are over. Life-threatening diseases are discovered overnight, and life contracts which had applied for decades are being cancelled. People find themselves suffering so-called blows of fate. Emotional grievances which had persisted for a long time all of a sudden become unbearable, since they have crossed the borders of the psychotic and epileptic subconscious.

Just like you, people seeking help have been through a real Odyssey. Their journey took them to doctors and psychologists, health insurance companies and the pharma industry, to health practitioners and healers – and finally to you, the CRYSTAL HUMANS, and to KRISTALLMENSCH.net.

The team at KRISTALLMENSCH.net has neither the capacity to support everybody seeking help via a personal conversation or email exchange, nor do we intend to do so. Right from the onset, our intention is to make so much insightful material available for free to you, the future teachers, healers and leaders, that you will be able to act once the masses arrive at this point. And this will continue to be our intention in the future.

For you, the new entrants – those of you who are only joining us now or who are affected by the above – KRISTALLMENSCH.net has come to offer such a wealth of material that every one who is really ready to take responsibility for himself or herself will find plenty of clarification, confirmation, help and support in print, pictures and sound – free of charge! Self-responsibility is indeed a prerequisite which not everybody fulfills, although it is indispensable. We largely fulfilled our intention – you will find approx. 1500 pages of tips, instructions and explanations about all major themes of your everyday life in KRISTALLMENSCH.net – in addition to hundreds of pictures and umpteen audio files, all of which would be able to touch your heart and help open it if only you were to give permission for this to happen.

Now it’s your turn. It is your turn, more advanced on your path that you are, to help the current seekers. And it is your turn, current seekers, to take full responsibility for your life and your inherent zest for life – to unearth treasures the keys to which we deposited for you in KRISTALLMENSCH.net.

On the outer plane, there is no way we can take care of every single individual – and this is not necessary, anyway. On the inner plane, we are of course able to take care of every single one of you, indeed – here, we just absorb you into our heart stream, our stream of love, flooding you for days and nights with those electrical Spirit energies which are mentioned in the Five Point List. And of course many are not yet able to perceive these energies which are flowing that unrestrained. They also want nourishment and confirmation for their minds and hearts: words, explanations, wow effects.

Despite the many facets that your chaos reveals, it revolves again and again around the same issues, such as loss. Nothing keeps going, nothing keeps functioning the way it used to. Old structures are beginning to crumble: friends, family members, spouse or partner, job. The result are powerlessness and lack of prospects. Especially those thinkers and intellectuals among you who mastered their lives well so far, who were successful in their jobs and enjoyed the recognition of others, who had everything firmly under control, feel severely threatened if time-honored strategies cease to work.

Of course our heart-/love stream has a greater impact than a thousand words – and yet thousand words are required to explain this very simple phenomenon in its context and to arrive at new understandings and spontaneous solutions. Of course your mind, too, will want to keep track of and grasp what is happening and is keen to also enter unchartered territories. Of course our thousand words about these issues, which are always the same, have already been written long ago – and the light of our hearts keeps flowing to anyone who chooses to be open to it. You will get to experience it right away.

And of course the life-organizing chaos, which is the result of distorted thoughts and feeling patterns, which are increasingly associated with symptoms of an illness. It always used to be your bodies breaking down after years under the burden of your warriors’ thinking and your feelings of powerlessness. You call it ‘old age’ and a ‘natural death’. But is this what it truly is?

You are not one with your body, but one with your ego mind, your soul and your higher mind. Your body does not demand anything but your inner readiness to overstep those boundaries which you have kept up so far. Then you will get to experience how your body recovers quickly.

Many of you have wandered through this end times chaos – and emerged from it transformed. It is you at whom this call is addressed, because nobody is able to relate as profoundly to the human beings of the Forth Wave as you. In the most recent years of your own transformation, you, the CRYSTAL HUMANS, have been able to bring in a rich harvest and you have learnt to recognize it as such in the meantime.

This is why you have become lighthouses in the world for those seeking help now. You have understood that the arising darkness is nothing but the harbinger of the great Inner Light. You have experienced the power which awakens in you if you allow these two poles to flow freely within you. You have activated the great bright powers of LOVE; COMPASSION and GRATITUDE which are rooted deep in darkness. On the way to yourselves, you have become free and independent, and you have accepted your own dignity and power.

And of course this has made you the leaders, comforters, teachers and healers of those to come – whether you have trust in you being able to do that or not. You can help people to find the path which will lead them to themselves. You can encourage them to accept themselves, to love themselves and to simply accept and solve the problems they are currently facing.

So if your are ready to work with people in a very simple and loving way – which in the new sense is at the same time highly efficient and professional – the Five Point List will be a good start. In addition, this list serves three purposes:

1.) It provides your self-reflection with a simple a clear structure, a guideline which will help you orient in the web of your manifold emotional and mental dramas.

2.) In the process of mentoring people, it can be applied to any drama, any issue, any area of life and every person.

3.) As a simple instruction for putting into practice what you have learnt and opened for yourselves in the 21 lessons, this Five Point List also constitutes the curriculum of the first semester in our new KRISTALLMENSCH.net.SCHOOL, which will initially require – and facilitate – a more profound knowledge and implementation of the material dealt with so far.

These five points will not only help heal and transform the organisational dramas of life, but also familial, psychological and physical ones. They demonstrate what is important for you as helpers and what is important for the seekers and those concerned. Guide people to these points in their lives and – irrespective of all the love you have for them – don’t forget: HE HIMSELF/ SHE HERSELF must take this decision and implement it; you cannot do it for them. You can only help them to realize what is important in the here and now and what could be useful for them. You can open your hearts with your love and compassion. And yet something else: Don’t follow Sabine from KRISTALLMENSCH as a model, but find your own language and wisdom, your own love and care, your own way of helping people.

We will begin by briefly describing the subject matter of each point for you.

Under ’Approach’ you will find our suggestions for a direct, intuitive way of dealing with this subject which you can implement the way it feels right for you, depending on the situation – without studying the material any further.

The situations, problems and pain that humanity is currently going through are enormous and seemingly insurmountable. And they will remain that way if human beings continue to respond using their old tools: refusal, defensiveness, fighting, denial and the attitude of being a victim, along with guilt and feeling inferior, which in turn generate fear, hate and aggression of all kinds.

In addition, nobody has only one single problem; instead, people tend to face a chain, a web, a tangled web of challenges. Solving one individual problem will bring at least two new problems with it – which is why this is not a feasible approach. This is very typical for the dawning of the New Age. The only option for solving all problems simultaneously is to SIMPLY LET GO OF EVERYTHING.

This in turn will only work after initially SIMPLY ACCEPTING EVERYTHING – with love. After all, it is not possible to let go of anything which has not been accepted first. No problem can be solved without first having touched your heart. And this is also the overarching problem of the old era and of humanity: not accepting whatever comes. Not loving it.

At the dawning of the New Age, successful letting go, the solution of all problems, is hidden in unconditional acceptance. So we are not talking about letting go here; we are talking about acceptance.

Loving acceptance – of problems, of diseases, of challenges, of opponents and “enemies“ – from all our hearts, is the very first prerequisite for any kind of change and improvement. It truly is a huge challenge for all those whose thoughts and emotions are focused on law and order, on comparing themselves with others and on retaliation. Now the Christ in them demands from them to respond like after having received the notorious strike on the right cheek: They should turn the other to him also and experience liberation from pain through this gesture.

In this profound and unconditional acceptance of everything which is and comes, we can experience the divine spirit coursing through the veins of a human being. This will instantly generate a high electrical field in our body and all around it. This Spirit-electricity will pull all the veils of darkness and all the blockages preventing free flow, all shadows and foreign forms of consciousness (demons) out of the body field. This way, our body will loose its resonance with three-dimensional darkness – with problems and dramas, disease and death – in a relatively short time.

The second point of strength involved in awakening lies in the NOW moment, in Vertical Breath or also in the Vertical Branch of the Cross of Life. The cosmic stream of higher life which serves to supply the lower one is only found to flow in the core, in the center, in the axis of a human being – through his/her spine and heart.

This stream of the NOW moment also connects a person with the earth and the cosmos, which can be likened to the body and the spirit. This was how these two vast realms of the cosmos and of earth were able to direct their nourishing powers into man day and night (cf. “Jesus’ Tree of Life“), which enables a human being to stay healthy spiritually and physically.

In the most recent eras, however, people’s thoughts and emotions were only focused on the PAST and the FUTURE. Their PRESENT was an empty chalice, or a distorted version of everything they remembered and hoped for – and which tore them between these options.

This caused them to lose their connection to their own breath of life and their life thread, to their mental and spiritual original being, to nourishing and informing their bodies – to Heaven and earth. It turned them into eternally hungry and at the same time insatiable, confused and sick creatures – with no standpoint and boundaries.

And it was okay. The spirit of the old times supported it, since the harvest of this descent was meant to be rich one day. However, the zeitgeist has arrived and will no longer support this option. Instead, it has come to challenge and support the power of the NOW moment – the harvest time.

As a result, human beings must now stop being fixated on the past and the future by which they disregarded and deactivated the present time. This means leaving the if-and-but matrix, the either/or principle – leaving the horizontal quest for happiness which given this new quality of time will only lead down dead-end streets.

Help human beings to take a powerful decisions in favor of their PRESENT time inside, help them to allow the power of the HERE and NOW into their lives and to feel it. Make them aware that this will strengthen the spiritual presence and guidance in their life. Help them to recognize that this will enable them to get a glimpse of the wisdom present inside them, so that they suddenly know what needs to be done. Let them know that this will significantly increase the electrical Spirit field of their bodies, which sooner or later will automatically lead to a balancing of the poles, an opening of the flowing streams and healing of the bodies.

On its previous way into the human body, your spirit needed to develop a great number of belief patterns in order to arrive at the endpoint of physical creation. Everything was good and right, no doubt! The dawning of the New Age, however, lies behind you and requires new thought and new feelings. In the meantime, the old magnetic belief patterns have become so dense that they no longer serve you. In their descending potential they have been fully exhausted.

Nothing new, nothing leading any further can be achieved by it at this point – just repetitions of experiences which you already had a long time ago. Repetition blocks the development path of the spirit, it hurts the soul and kills he body. That is what many people are experiencing in these times.

Belief pattern determine on the emotional and mental levels what life should be like or must not be like, how things work or don’t work, what is possible and what impossible. Based on them, deep-seated habits of thinking and feeling have formed, which would not even withstand your very first scrutiny any longer. Individual belief patterns are very narrow filters of the individual person, who views life totally different from his or her neighbor who has different belief patterns. However, there are also many collective belief patterns and vows which all human beings have caused themselves to be bound by.

Conscious reflection of one’s own belief patterns, as well as accepting and letting go of previous ideas of life represent another update of your electrical Spirit life aura, another Stepp to the awakening of Spirit in your heart, to healing the body and to solving all problems.

Old convictions must be replaced by the willingness to view things through different eyes than before, to see the world from new angles, to behold things with your eyes closed and to feel with your heart. Help people to achieve this.

Awaken their readiness to have faith in their own inner motions, images and visions, allowing them to let them come to light, to give oneself permission to be surprised by new options and solutions – allowing miracles to happen. Miracles are nothing but events beyond any belief patterns and beyond the force of habit.

One collective old belief pattern has to do with FAITHFULNESS, COMMITTMENT and RESPONSIBILITY towards all. For many people, these sublime, light-filled spiritual powers have turned into mental and emotional prisons in the meantime from which there was no escape for thousands of years. This, too, was a feature of the zeitgeist – and so it is okay. Thanks to it you were able to get to know each other unconditionally and to return to yourselves.

However, this return has not yet been completed. And this is point four of our check list. Many people are still attached to others in a thousand ways: to their spouses, parents, children, colleagues and friends – to their opponents and enemies, but also to contracts, insurance policies, regulations, laws and memberships of all types.

Many human beings relate so much to others and to so-called factual constraints that they end up being totally separated from themselves. Many of them have become – for good or for ill – unable to have a complete sense of who they are without the others and without the regulations– they only have access to HALF of them or NOTHING AT ALL. And most of them are not even aware of this condition – or they believe it is normal and necessary. At one point it was – but now this no longer applies. In this way, people permanently keep each other occupied with foreign energies – and the wealth which is inherent in everyone goes unnoticed and becomes unaccessable.

The new spirit of the times ensures that human beings begin to let go of each other. It is virtually pulling them apart, which might definitely also involve violence and pain, so that everyone can become empowered. Bullying for example is a wonderful, electrical-aggressive way of Spirit to powerfully bring people apart if they are too over-attached to each other – for better or for worse. Help people to understand and accept this fact.

After all, everybody is unique in his or her mastership – and in the time of awakening, this mastership requires a lot of emotional and mental scope for development.

In this respect, reflections and ultimately decisions concerning a loving and rigorous emotional separation from the human beings and rules of the old society – initially first concerning people’s inner attitude, as a deliberate decision from their heart! Diminishing of confusion on the external level will then begin of their own accord, which means: as guided by the higher Self. This is where the so-called miracles will happen.

Against this background, self-responsibility, staying true to oneself – your own wellbeing – are vitally important. This is how self-acceptance, self-respect and self-love can begin to flash in the aura around the body of a human being and mature into active forces. These top-class electrical Spirit powers merge with the external cosmic electrical Spirit energies and will this way reshape the body. The reshaping of consciousness, the new view of things, will follow immediately.

Only then will the formerly re-acting creature, victim and seeker very soon become an actively acting creator and guide for those to come. Help people in this way to discover their intrinsic power and to give themselves permission to allow it to flow through them.

For a long time, the YES to oneself implied a NO towards other people, and in the old spirit of the times, while the either/or principle was ruling, you had to fight for it. This, too, has changed. The new spirit of the times both demands and supports the both/and principle.

Today, saying YES to oneself implies a simultaneous YES to the others. Saying YES to yourselves is also a YES to them – even it might not look like it from the start. However, you will get to experience that an external heartfelt NO to the other person becomes an inner YEA to him. By freeing yourselves from your dependency from them, you will free them from being dependent on you – and everybody will end up being empowered.

In the new spirit of the times, everybody can – and must – make up their minds to experience their own liberation - and will get to experience it. Help people to do exactly that.

Point number five in our little check list leads us to the fearful questions which you frequently asked yourselves and which you will encounter again and again by those to come – and which you will then give answers to. Questions like, “What of me will then remain?“ “How will life continue?“ “What will come afterwards?“ Here are the answers:

What of me will then remain?“

Nothing of the old masks, veils, habits and feelings will remain, nothing of the old, distorted ego structure. Instead, the soul and the Spirit self will rise in you and enable your body and your humanness to become a radiant, self-assured and very healthy personality – one who can remember everything that used to be and who lets everything exist which will come and who knows exactly what is important in the here and now.

“How will life continue?“

In a sense, it will not continue at all. It will end – and you will begin from scratch. You will leave the third dimension of life and reach the fifth. In the transition period between these two entirely different forms of life, you can simply imagine that with every outbreath, something old in you dies, and with every inbreath, something new is born in you. And this is exactly how it is! The same happens in a rhythmic flow along with your days and nights, in your sleeping phases and hours of awakeness. Continuously alternating and taking one step after the other, putting one foot in front of the other, the old light and the old darkness will build up and merge to attain a new crystalline life.

„What will come afterwards?“

The answer to this depends on the particular features and the uniqueness of every single individual. Your creativity has already reached huge dimensions on the descending path – and yet this is nothing compared to what will come afterwards – what you will create after that! Why? To put it quite simply: previously, your creativity was bound to drama, descent and death, to the materialization of Spirit. And there was a clear endpoint here, which must not be transgressed. You have reached it - alone, since nobody came with you.

Your new creativity is bound to joy, to love and to compassion. Owing to this fact alone, is is able to provide your with the means to communicate interdimensionally, which means: not only will you communicate and create together with more human beings, but from now on also with animals, nature spirits, elementals and cosmic beings from a large range of planets and galaxies. There is no endpoint involved here for the time being, simply the beginning of a happy, varied, rich and wonderful life.

The door to a person’s individuality and creativity can – and must – be opened. It is the door to people’s own heart, which can be reached by closing your external eyes in particular: through inner journeys and visions, through dreams and daydreams, through reflecting your own childhood and your parents’ childhood.

To what degree this is vitally important for your new hormone system and your fifth-dimensional blue print, will become clear to you if you enter these terms under SEARCH.

Encourage and animate people, confirm them in their innermost emotions, hug them, stroke their backs and tell them that you love them for everything they are in the Here and Now. Of course this Five Point List is not only useful to support others. Instead, it is also a wonderful basis for the first course of our KRISTALLMENSCH.net.SCHOOL. So let us combine the two and start with the school right here and now!

The time is ripe to launch KRISTALLMENSCH.net as an ACTIVE SCHOOL and to now use the structure of our webpage in a professional way for your studies. The Five Point List is your first assignment, and the SEARCH function will be your navigation tool to guide you through your first personal curriculum.

1. First study the Five Point List once again for yourselves. Gather all the corresponding experiences and insights from your own paths, lives and dramas. Write them down in a workbook or documentation – with a working title such as e.g.: ”My Own Path“.

2. Mentally transfer your own experiences and the knowledge which is beginning to reveal itself to you, along with your growing compassion to other humans, and be their mentor with regard to these five points to the best of your knowledge. Describe your experiences with them in a second book – under a working title such as e.g.: ”My Path alongside Human Beings“.

3. In everything, differentiate very clearly between two types of support: verbal and nonverbal support. (Verbal) teachings and instructions are good if the intellect needs them. However, these are always preceded by (nonverbal) love and compassion, which is what the heart primarily needs. Take abundant notes on this topic, too, in a third book. Working title “Christ and Buddha in Me“. Why? Type the words “Christ“ and “Buddha“ (separately) and find out for yourselves.

For this first training course, we give you nine months’ time: from September 3, 2008, until June 1, 2009. This time period includes your studies, your practical training and your semester break. You will organize everything independently, and, once again, all this will not cost you a cent.

Concentrate on your studies. Enter the terms “Concentration“ or “Focus“ using the SEARCH function, and remember what we understand by CONCENTRATION or FOCUS. Continue your self-study and your distance learning course as outlines in the description of the internet seminar 2007 as usual. Set aside one hour per day for this purpose – and half an hour more if you are serious about this. Rest assured that it is worth it.

Here we would like to list a number of first-aid steps if somebody comes to you and is totally beside herself or himself. What are the best things you can start to do first with and fort his person?
