In March at Tobias we will attend more to the "delicate" topics of life, the more refined, intimate facets of love and partnership, of illness and control, of feminine priesthood and female warfare at the end of times. This is the month of men who at least come out with their intimate problems and with this make a present to the female world.
The time of SETH has come and the door of SETH is the side-creation-centre SEXUS in which a spiritual age long - we want to believe our New Story of Creation - have we collected and kept love and pain of sexuality and the love (violence and fulfilment) as well the love and pain of life (birth, illness death). Now it is time to open up this door - not only for Seth but first of all for US.

Dear Sabine, I have just received an e-mail (distress-call circular) where a bone-marrow-donor with blood type AB-. is sought-after for a leukaemia-ill person. I have this blood group and at the moment at a loss if I should answer. Can you help me? What has this to do with me? Is this meant for me? In the morning I drew the Angel-Card "RESPONSIBILITY" and yesterday I read the 22 sides of Santorin. They have worked on me last night.

Dear Sabine, actually the question if I could help "physically" is done. After I had this e-mail cry for help I immediately felt responsible although it was clear that healing is not dependent of blood transfusion or anything else. I felt pressure that I was refusing to help, but everything in me was reluctant, as such a call which reaches me also means me.
Friends treated me as a leper because I denied having an organ donator card. After I remembered my power and tapped the divine wisdom and intelligence it became clear that I am Rhesus-factor positive and therefore I cannot be meant.

Dear Barbara let us give you some more answers to your question, where you already found one answer. SETH wants to give some words to the topic of disease.
Yes, that is it! I will talk to YOU about your most valuable companion of the last age, about one of the greatest creator-matrix which soon became the most effective creator-tool: about DISEASE - and here about a specially hidden but meaningful facet. With my words also my spirit flows onto YOU, which YOU may breathe in if you want, to realize and transform what you have created. So it will be!
As all the phenomena of your creation, your world and your society you have given the phenomenon of DISEASE endless many faces, meanings and possibilities of using and of power. It is quite natural that you detect this creation, its impact and importance and its hidden richness only at the end of your descending time - only after the deepest point of your evolution, only at the turning point, only in ascending. When you don't need DISEASE anymore, only then will you understand and capture what you have created and where the value lies. Then everything you have acknowledged will peel away from your life and will transform and becomes something else - and in the old form won't be available anymore.
In this change-of-times you will stop to need DISEASE and start to understand. And if it isn't available anymore it is not because it has changed or is annihilated but because your consciousness has opened up and received and integrated the inner wealth of DISEASE. This applies to all changing phenomena in these times.
DISEASE has many faces - and with this I don't mean the number of symptoms and their meanings but the lessons of disease within the structure of your society, the meaning of disease within your partnership and families, the significance - and with it the power - of disease within your cultural and spiritual society, within your churchly and mundane politics. I mean the lessons of disease within your personal, individual development, which draws the bow of spiritual power over physical powerlessness onto the spirit-physical power.
A meaningful face of DISEASE which was seldom been an issue of debate - not only out of causes of moral and reverence - is the boundless opportunity of control and attachment, placing responsibility onto others, the denying of ones life - blackmailing others through latent or even martial victimhood on the side of the sick person. In this facet of DISEASE is not the sick person the victim but the healthy one.
Here is disease a mental-spiritual sacrifice, intent of incarnation that one brings to serve the other. The service is such that the ill person is enchaining the healthy one onto himself. The sacrifice is to resign a healthy easy life and choose a hard and ill life to give the healthy one a lifelong challenge, to an ongoing retardation, an insurmountable border and a great provocation. And of course the deep meaning of this love-Judas-duty lies in helping the healthy one to get into the power of his own divine presence no matter if he stays or goes. The healthy one in his divine presence has not one limitation of the free life-flow through the illness of the other. He can go or stay, ignore the disease of the other or see in it the greatest gift of his life - not because he himself is healthy but because his death bringing pity turned to a life bringing compassion, because his retardation turned to acceleration, descent to ascent, out of magnetic infirmity to electric flowing - out of powerlessness to power. And with this the disease is dissolving out of the life of both.
This is a Jesus-Judas-play you loved ones. It is not at all about DISEASE but about the service of love and self-empowerment and the preparedness to sacrifice and of being a creator. It is not the question if you want to help or not, but if you can help or cannot. On the spiritual level you always can help - in the room of your Christ-power, of your crystalline heart power - no matter what blood group or rhesus factor you have, no matter if you know the sick one or not, no matter if he wants help or not.
DISEASE IN itself is a grey veil, a death-consciousness, a demon - also a Judas-servant, even though without an own body. He surrounds and penetrates you as long as you believe in him and with this it binds you on him and to the sick. Your crystalline light redeems these demons in a short time.
Disease of ONE in the course of your descending evolution has been for a long time a mighty tool of repression of the OTHER one, a very effective aspect of mutual attachment and enthrallment, of guilt and atonement, of power and powerlessness, of control and dominance. This was and is, if we want it so, an exceedingly ill form of DISEASE. But in these times it will go over an intermediate stage of the healthy form of DISEASE and end in a new totally balanced life-form which breathes between spirit-consciousness and body-matter.
One day and this you have long foreseen, will DISEASE have created compassion and self-truth, self-power and Christ-power in you - unconditional autonomy, being perfect heal and loving creator-power.
You can donate blood, bone marrow and organs as much as you like. It won't help you or the other. You cannot help anyone before you didn't fully accept your own Christ-power. And when you did this then is a donation of physical blood, bone marrow or organs by no means necessary. This year we will be devoted to this topic with great commitment. Because it is opening up.
And this in the end beloved ones: Divine wisdom and intelligence is no beers barrel that you tap, but a multidimensional stream of cosmic love and spiritual consciousness to which at best you open up and let it work in you. Indeed: this is the best way!

Dear Sabine, I have the impression that the yearlong study of Seth's writings have had an effect on my thinking and on my wording. 18 years ago "LUKAS" came into my life and dictated such interlaced sentences which sometimes went over half a page that I got brain-dead when I started to think about it. Seth has also chosen a rather complicated language.
That one side of DISEASE includes blackmail and control I have often heard - in the same wording of Seth - told it to others and also felt for me.
One example: My father lost his legs in the war and controlled with this hindrance the whole family and often mentioned it. About 20 years ago I went to an astrologer and he asked me if I had had something with my legs, a hindrance or something similar. Then I told him about my father (he didn't allow me to be a musician, like him) and the astrologer meant that my father first had to die before I can live. I was much shaken because at that time my father was just about to die.
My singing studies I started only after his death, but he had me in "grip" for another 7 years. I could not go on, but then he showed up at a medium. He said that he only wants to help; I told him that he cannot help me; he should better look after himself. Since then I began to make progress. My then 9 years old daughter meant that grandfather had said good bye to her (he came nearly every night in her dreams) he would be a little boy again. This story came into my mind when I read Seth's answer. I thank you and him out of my heart. Barbara

Healing-crisis

Dear Sabine, thank you for confirming the seminar. Now it can begin - and or not really? I know, I've read it: "For God's sake don't disturb me with your decisions…."
I want you to have part in our decision making: Do we not cancel our attendance at short notice and hope that Ulrike's health will get better (and with this block precious seats at the seminar) or do we cancel immediately (but would love to come! And maybe it could work!) or do we ask Sabine ……? Together with all of your good friends who might want to say something to this ……?
Please, how could it work? In the evenings Ulrike sometimes gets in a state of confusion, is very disturbed, frightful and also aggressive, mistakes persons and places and gets late to sleep. This happens now 1-2 times a week, mostly after a day of stress. "Now" means: after the death of her sister and the attendance of the funeral-service in her home town and her families home in February. Before that she had these conditions too but lesser and with more resting-sleeping-phases in-between. Could this get better with more distance to this family gathering? And with this could an attendance of the seminar be possible?
We again will have a doctors appointment (was cancelled because of the trip) - is this sensible and helping? Could an Ayurveda-cure help (it would be simple to combine it with the journey to Wennigsen)?
What is here bundling up? Where to should we or should I turn my attention too? I'm glad that I don't get too much into aggression anymore (with all its joy) but feel an other inner status with more calmness in the present challenge. Ulrike has read this letter. Oh that's very simple: since the registration to the seminar not only you and Ulrike got into serious leading out- and healing crisis but half of humanity has this. We could stop our work and close down operating the workshops if you all would cancel all the places - and even if we had a full round of followers on the waiting list - it would catch them also at the moment of their registration.
Have faith and be sure that all symptoms are LEADING-OUT of old dark and LEADING-IN of new light. Said rather simply and unspecific, but gets to the core of matter: if your ego-spirit decides IMMEDIATELY soul openings, spirit operations and bodily-mental-emotional reactions happen - OPERATIONS. And these are nothing else than HEALING, CLARIFICATION and ASCENSION, no matter how old or young, ill or healthy, dumb or clever you are (hihi). Then on your body-building-site there will be worked full steam for some time.
And as the power and determination in Lichtpunkt is great and focused will all of you (inversely proportional) experience likewise great healing crises. At the latest of the travelling day you will be fit again…., to suffer, sleep, detoxify and heal again under our guidance! And on the day of your departure from Lichtpunkt you will be fit again - maybe then at home to sleep again 7 days and nights, to de-suffer, or immediately to be and feel healthy, happy and free. This we will see then.
Stay simply on the list and trust that until that time you whether will die or be ill - and if so you will be revived till the beginning of the workshop again - and can participate.

Does it make sense to repeat a Kristall-Day because one only could partake in the first half? Is it a repetition about the detachment of family and so or could I bring along my own subject?
Answer
Dear Almut basically it makes sense to get deeper into things which interests, moves or helps us or simply let us fall into it. There is not one repetition in 100 KRISTALL-DAYS - even if we would talk a hundred times of the same topic - on your life's-spiral you anyway come again and again to the same topics but always on the next higher and the next deeper level of understanding, of experiencing, of opening and of crystallizing. With this seemingly ongoing repetition in the end you come to that point which gets you to the ONLY topic of your life: by YOUR SELF.
So it does make sense to repeat the same topic. I myself have as a pupil, the classrooms and later the workshops and topics and even the romantic entanglements so many times repeated - until I couldn't be bothered anymore - or it was completely internalised. "Couldn't be bothered" applied only for the school.
There is no repetition anymore, only "the same topics in different cycles of your evolvement". Besides that there are presumably less then 10 participants on this Kristall-Day, so you will have endless space for endless many topics. So - are you coming? I would be delighted to see you again. Last night my father somehow lay around in my dream. At lunchtime I asked myself: Is it the repressed, not lived and unredeemed masculine power which causes my economic state? Dear Matthias, your reaction - and of other men to the diary of Santorin - shows that the topic of the "Temple-whores" is not only a female one, but the topic of the awakening masters in female and male bodies. And indeed this is a good introduction to the workshop "Male sexuality".
Now to your question: With you it is the other way round: Not the depresses, not lived and unredeemed masculine power is causing your economic state but the fact that you have tied your - definitely not repressed - masculine power to the presence of a woman, to an outer partner in your life. Your life's story, as you recently told me speaks volumes: Was there a woman in your life then you where creative, resolute and with your work and your skill "outshone" many colleges - earned enough and sometimes even a lot of money. With the departure of the woman everything collapsed. Ask yourself what the inner stimulation was - as well "before" and also "after".
You have experienced this three times: with three different women and three different professions - or should we say: three passions? - which you brought to the peak and this in a remarkably balance between your masculine and feminine poles (of art and craft) - to let it crash down again with the departure of the outer feminine being.
Surely there is a pattern which you overtook from your father and of the forefathers. But that doesn't matter because whole humanity always overtook their dramas from the forefathers - to redeem it here and now.
Your pelvis is a masculine being which is strong enough to hold a daunting feminine power within: the organs (earth), flowing streams (water of life) abdomen (childishness), the sensibility (small intestine), the motherhood (gonads), the childhood (bladder). Every time you had an outer partner everything became soft and strong, agile and lively. Each time when you where alone the pelvis became - and with it all feminine and childish powers - hard, locked up and rigid.
The answer to your question is this: In your case it is the repressed feminine pole which suppresses your free flowing life power and creates poverty.
Then at last you are not a female who produced a Hallux Valgus on her feet, but a male who decided for the theatre of war in the feminine part of his male warrior being, or are we mislead here? The testicles are to the core a male body-being, but without the complete feminine power neither procreative nor viable, because they hold the feminine juice of the male life.
And with this dear Matthias have you reached the creative point of cognition and decision in your life which needs anything but a "six in lottery" right?

And concerning the content I will work with it at full length - or simply like I did the last days breathing in my feminine powers and the new energy of the South Pole. Sounds good!
My idea to this behaviour-pattern is as simple as banal: as a child I see a helpless mother I want to help but can not. At the same time I feel connectivity. Is there a female in my life I'm nourished. Is there no female life is not worth living. (Sounds rather crackbrained - but just came out of me - the practice before theory!)

Being able without coming

Question
After some perennial relationships I live on my own now and feel altogether rather good. I have never been the "family type" and have never married, yes, there is a daughter somewhere but with this I'm in freedom.
Reading your great site and specially the one of "male problems" at Tobias I find that deep down there is no feeling good and freedom in me. That is why I decided to write to you. If you publish this question and your answer, which I would understand, I ask you not to mention my name. Somehow I do have a problem with this topic ….
My topic: As other males sometimes have problems to come too early my problem is that I always can - without coming. This might be enviable for some but the effect is: sex became very boring and I have - seemingly - lost interest with it.
But there are two souls dwelling in my breast: one says "Never mind, it's quite o.k. without sex." The other means: "Don't you miss something rather vital? Don't you get involved anymore because the fear is there that it again can get "boring" and with it deeply unsatisfying?"
After all with this there is a fundamental part of male-female partnership and this deeply energetic companionship I would like to relive again and this includes also a sexual interaction. Oh yes: with very passionate women, who carried me away, occasionally it worked. But this cannot be the solution, it also makes me discontented not to be able to do this out of myself or better: to let it happen ….
In case of need there is the alternative to do it by hand to ease the pressure. But do I make women happy with this ….?

"Being able without coming" means "Giving without receiving". The masculine pole exists without his feminine twin. You are in your decision to give and NOT to receive of basically male nature and with this oriented to the outer world - and here especially to the female world, to women. This is one of the primeval intentions of your incarnation, with this you established your life and you still look for its meaning and fulfilling. When you have found it you will find great changes in your life and in the world. But one after the other:
Your own femininity, your twin soul, as planed fell by the wayside for a long time. You can and do and give - and she is not coming - cannot come because you don't acknowledge her, because you don't give to HER but to the outer world. You give everything what the female world wants - and get little or nothing back. You have an honest curiosity and understanding for the female world - and find denial and exploitation. You honour the female world - and experience neglect and constant claim onto you.
Why? Because the outer feminine world, that you meet, is in resonance with your inner feminine world, with your captured feminine twin soul.
You give your joy and life-power - as well as your potency - to others and you yourself are not prepared to receive, which shows up in mistrust and scepticism, suspiciousness and resignation together with latent existential fear and shortage of money. Now you could say: "Mistake, Seth I'm NOT GIVING my potency because it is stuck somewhere. Not receiving is stuck, but giving."
Now I suggest the opposite: Your receiving is stuck. You want to give but cannot because your receiving-door is closed. GIVING and RECEIVING, as you know since the money-flow-lectures, one and the same act.
Before your incarnation as male you all could choose between two aptitudes. So have many men chosen a feminine sexual basic energy and with this a soft introvert and intuitive life of healer, priests and architects. Other men have chosen a masculine sexual basic energy and with it an active, expressive and intelligent life of leaders, warriors, inventors and conquerors.
In the sexual interaction has the own energy form - in your case the male - ruling and it does. In all other life's situations the own energetic basic energy has to be merged with the opposite pole to be able to exist, to be creative to get achievements, results and abundance - and also to come to a "shot".
And just here is the jam: instead of awakening your own feminine passion and with this have "good results" with soft and feminine women, you are choosing as last alternative passionate women who have a masculine sexual basic energy and let your own feminine soul hunger furthermore. Now if your masculine-sexual basic energy meets a masculine-sexual energy of a woman then that unleashes the moment's passion, power and a result - an orgasm. But it stays a one-pole meeting in which the waves of fulfilment don't even reach the wall of your bedroom, which means it is deeply unsatisfying even if the shot came.
Your "dream-partners" are gentle, soft and feminine women with a female sexual basic energy - and with those you "screw yourself to death" because you deaden the softness and sensibility of your femininity in the rest parts of your life. This shows in precise those moments when you want to be a full man - and also should be able to receive the spirit-energetic sexual nourishing streams of your partner. You cannot receive them nor can you give your masculine-sexual energies. The sexual meeting stays therefore man's business!!!
Not the ejaculate is your potency but the erection. The spinning out, soft, fluid, lissom and life producing ejaculate is the most intimate and gigantic feminine power of your masculine body essences. And this can only get free and "come" if you are prepared to receive your feminine twin-soul, if you are prepared to welcome the passive but mighty feminine energies of your cosmic spirit - and allow that they first of all do what they know and like the best: CRYING, to open you up and let go, free and transform those endless pains of one-pole potency, of traumatised masculine energies and male violence of old ages out of your cell-memories.
The warrior in you is still alive. He stomps, loves and "screws" carries on regardless - deeply not to GIVE to the world, but for not to have to RECEIVE his own masculine sorrow - and this is the sorrow of your fathers and forefathers - not to have to WELCOME it.
The healer within you is also alive. But she lies there outworn and haggard in one of the many chambers of your heart and hopes for the moment when she gets free and can live truthful within you.
Now let us talk here a little bit of the anatomy of male and female beings. The male being GIVES: creation, life and death. The feminine being RECEIVES: death, pain and ascension. The masculine spirit brings the spiritual life to earth and to the deepest point into death. The feminine spirit brings the mortal and death life to spirit and to the culmination, into the fulfilment and felicity. This principle penetrates your evolution and with it also your sexuality.
No man is only masculine-male and no woman is only feminine-female. Comprehend this, take this in and breathe this. Breathe ME. Only with this, all patterns of perpetrator- and victimhood, guilt and atonement, claim and desire will dissolve out of your life - and then you are truly free.
You all came to earth with a deep imbalance between these two aspects. This is not your imbalance, but of the ages, of humanity and of generation lines. But you yourself wanted to redeem this and bring it into balance. This lesson you gave to yourself and you aligned your whole life for its fulfilment. Still there is a rest of deep imbalance in you. You have, just as described at Mathias ("The outer woman") put your own femininity into the background and in your case, even if she is present, made her unreachable for you - unrealisable, contradicting. Because the ejaculation is a moment of complete merging of giving and receiving, of feminine and masculine energy, a moment of total fusion, of complete self-abandonment, of complete commitment to any life patterns, matrices, terms, ideas - a complete letting go of duality and reaching spiritual integrity.
This inner emotional alignment of giving without wanting, of nurturing and hunger leads the mental mind into war in the own body which one day cause abscess or tumours at the prostate. She is the last part of a one-pole masculine body where the drama unfolds.
Not women have to be made happy but the feminine being in your self. A subtle unconscious but good functioning mechanism is standing against your preparedness to give, curbs and slows her down. He is the counterforce where the power matures.
This counterforce has matured in your body and now your emotional mind is acting it out: through latent existence of distrust, doubt and suspiciousness on one hand and a seemingly impregnable barrier of bitterness, disappointment and resignation on the other hand. This all bundles and covers up in seemingly freedom. Your body is under this noticeable wave of denial not able to open up and surrender.
This sexual slowdown and temporary disability of satisfaction can be transformed onto the whole creation to ideas, projects, which need realization, development and intuition, control and slacken the reins, insistence and commitment - all together male and female energies - to end up in a goal, in an experience and on the next step of your own creation and creating power. This transfer from masculine to feminine energy in your self is always happening when in a project you need inspiration, letting go and a soft glance, to be able to get further on.
Look at your life under these aspects. How many of your work-, life- and love projects have found a real end, a fulfilment - have experienced a culmination? How many of your life projects are truly completed?
The masculine being is the one with vision, initiative and creating. But he comes to the border where the feminine being must overtake the creation - in the moment where the creation has reached its physical end and everything hits bottom because metamorphosis is needed - fulfilment, elevation, ascension. At this border the warrior in you has to let go and the female healer in you must revive. She is ready and able to assimilate the pain and death, the loss and stagnation, the end of all masculine creation in her self. She is ready and able to breathe, to heal, to comfort, to inspire and lead the masculine creation to the next higher step. She is ready and able to take all wounds of the seemingly dead creation and add the dimension of wonder, of wonderfulness to it. But are you willing to allow her this?
Now, to do it by hand and bring the fulfilment, salvation and relaxation is indeed a meaningful detail of your perception - even more meaningful in the spirit-emotional room than in the physical-emotional room. Yes, you have to give to yourself, what you are looking for in the outer world and you can, because everything is within you. You are allowed to take IT for yourself, receive IT from yourself, what you do not find in the outer world. You can do it, everything is within you.
A further aspect of hold back ejaculation is the meaning of the sperm for your own body. He is the essence of your own spirit and nutrition for your own body. The sperm becomes more important for you with the aging of your body. Then he procreates no more new bodies but the young life in your own body. But even here he must flow and not being hold back.
So there lies an aspect of self-discovery, also in the tantric exercises of Horus, to use the orgiastic energies of your own body, for your life-axis, for the fulfilling of own male-female, masculine-feminine human-god-being - the complete merging of your side-creation-centres Sexus and Spirit.

Dear Sabine. The answer has impressed me very much. Oh, I just came across my old sounds, listened to myself … and the tears where just running high. All this "wasted" creator-power! No, no self pity, but the cognition how mean I handled my "erections", just as Onan let the sperms fall down … and then the plant which nonetheless came, treated her bad or left her uncared. It got better but not jet good. But something has moved the last weeks.

As it was in "The outer woman" I have thanked for the first answer. Then I read my thanks as the second letter and think? Is there something else coming or so?
Admit it! The following article "Being able without coming" you invented as an answer to my letter, smile.
I come in fact when I can, but the answer of Seth sounds deeply and most in me just like a message for my ears!!
The last days have been hard and full of pain for me. The feminine being in me is still lying in my heart and waits for liberation. If I had tree sentences free (like 3 wishes) to announce it to this topic, then there would be the following experiences and adventures which as a central theme reach run my life:
1. As a child I was so shy that I didn't dare to open my mouth.
2. Again and again I experience the feeling of rejection in me. This generates a constant feeling of not being okay within me and the result of this:

Dear Matthias, the question "Being able without coming" was asked from a man who wants to stay anonym - and of course he hides himself in this way, on the other hand is he opening up the door to the answer for all other men. After all in his feedback to our answer he told us that he has been long and intensively crying - again after a long time. And only for this it was worth as I needed 3 days until I "gave birth" to this answer.
And of course this is the answer for your not asked questions and of many men of the world.
Now, the final of all things (fulfilment) we reach though ACCEPTANCE and LETTING GO in your BREATH. But don't have the idea to set a timetable for fulfilment. The definitiveness of fulfilment (completion) is lying in a time-frame which opens up, when it is time for it. We have no influence to this. At this opportunity let go of the impatience in your life by accepting, letting go and breathing it in.

Hello you loved ones, today I will try it the other way round and maybe talk for many who simply don't have anything to write. This is a wonderful world. I have found myself and in many areas it is working to create beauty and abundance. I have found my place on one of the most beautiful islands of the world and my business is working so far as if I wouldn't celebrate that much I would be more than sufficient supplied.
I'm at ease with the lectures of the past and fear doesn't cramp my stomach anymore, she just visits me on and off. I am travelling and although still rather misty I'm visiting those wonderful places in the universe and am on beautiful and happy places and bring light in those dimensions. It is such a fun, my life is vibrating.
And today I'm feeling very sad, everything is grey. What does breath interest me, who heals this, what matters eternity which is balancing this out and the spirit world that helps and helps and helps? There is no real reason; I have chosen that a human who loves me doesn't want to have sex and physical contact with me. This is totally all right for me; it is only a great reason to dive into the lowest parts of vibration, to loose all motivation, to again run the program "no one loves me" in full consciousness that this brings nothing else but just a shitty feeling once again. And I wallow in this, avoiding of course to enjoying it, because then it sure would be over, and I avoid sunshine because this also would get me out of this mood.
When she wouldn't have made this to a topic, again I would have spent too much money to be able to pay my bills and would lament that Samui is too "low key" to make real money. Or simply drink too much wine so that the other day has to do with detoxication.
What on earth is happening here with me???? I can manage; everything is functioning, if I really want it. The fears of failure, of starving and of social death are all unmasked and healed. We know one another too good to be frightened. Because so wonderful souls are with me, as in heaven so on earth.
Nevertheless I am still in such great fear of being happy. It is too simple for me. It doesn't work so. Just simply to sit down, not to drink, not to throw money out of the window, value humans and have time with people who value and love me. No, the others are it. And the concept is rather simple: I have to be at the darkest parts of the world and bring light into it, as the next party is not far and how proud am I to rub my wisdom under the nose of others who search for it. Of course it makes a difference and I love the job, but it's mostly for me and the distraction is good, or?
How great am I enlightened, elevated and still equal with all humans. Shit. Everything's a lie. Where does the way go along to this new energy?
Is it really the next step (for me) to give up everything and absolutely not to know what's happening tomorrow? And hope for the next meal? To have some clothes in the rucksack and hope that it won't rain? Nothing better comes into my mind to shoot the last doubts.

Spiritual complacency stands against eternal doubt - and they actually are one and the same.
Different expressions don’t show because of different primal problems but because of different predisposition of human. There are hundreds of different poles, thousands constellations, millions adjustments and billions of fine adjustments. That is why every one of you is an incomparable unicum but deeply one with all the others - just like them. The expression and way of life with its symtoms are dependent on the specific combinaion of each human being - not considering the plans for the incarnation and the generation origin. This is a common remark for you unique ones.
The veil of spiritual complacency goes for a long time along with enlightenment, ascension and opening of consciousness. It goes and waves along without un-veiling, un-covering and without showing. This veil is trying to delude a spiritual-joyful-feting ascension in a line of evolution which chooses in it PAIN as a tool and EMPTYNESS as the room of transformation. The celebration before the transformation deprives you from the fundamentals of provisioning for the transformation after the celebration - just as you wrote. The celebration after the transformation provides you with more than you need.
Many of you believe that the rooms of transformation are the ones of joy and abundance, the rooms of life. But this isn't so. The real rooms of transformation are in the lines of your evolution which you are just completing, the rooms of death. That here also are enormous joy and measureless abundance you will not find out as long as you use the outer spirituality and celebration to escape from your self.
You live and savour the abundance and cheerfulness of the third dimension before your death, before the transformation, before the ascension, before the crucifixion. You all drain this cup to the dregs. In the end you get to the point of transformation through the light death, through crucifixion of your dead lives and through the resurrection of your divine spirit in your physical bodies. That way in the end you get to the living space of the fifth dimension where celebration, abundance, joy and richness seem to be unspectacular but are flown through with ongoing felicitousness which neither ebb away nor are meaningless, but from hour to hour takes on new forms of enchantment and sensation, of being present and creative, of vision and of creator power.
The abundance, richness and fulfilment in the third dimension are always swinging back and forth between light and dark, between gain and loss, between joy and aggression, between love and fear - between celebration and hangover feeling. The abundance of the fifth dimension is a constantly flowing and expanding being without demand, reversion and repetition - a felicitousness which is for the most of you not jet conceivable today.
Only in these coming five years on earth will the veils of your physical-spiritual consciousness open up between the third and fifth dimension. Only by and by you will become stable in both dimensions and with effortlessness and self-conception travel between the pendulum of the third and the expansion of the fifth dimension.
Spiritual complacency is a form of delusion of your ego which can linger on for many years and develop into a top form. To this also belong the so called Guru- and Messiah-syndromes. For a long time this can give you the feeling - and this can also show itself in outer rooms in a certain frame - that you are spiritual, successful and free. But this is an activating and pestering, impatient and controlling, arrogant and manipulating energy, which ignores the free flowing of spiritual streams in your world of matter - and with this excluding it from your own life.
But the moment of truth is coming when your divine spirit, your cosmic-earthly breath-stream - the current spirit of time - demands from you to let go of the last dazzling veils and discard those deep down in you clinging fears, demands and comforts. Warm, snugly darkness is rising and leaving your lives with simultaneous influence of cosmic light. Cosmic light at the first contact gives you the feeling of coldness, of being lost and emptiness.
In the first encounter cosmic light will shake you and will give you a deep feeling of inadequacy, vainness and death. But this is not the light itself but the simultaneous rising fears. Chilly is the light of your own spirit, infinite composed in view of your hot tempered dramas and celebrations. The difference between your life-sequence and the vibration of cosmic light is insurmountable high. That is why you cannot send for it with your spiritual ego will. You neither can control, dose nor conquer it. Your divine spirit is flowing in waves into your earthly lives and at certain times gives you again and again the feeling to be lesser than NOTHING. But simply you have to look at it in the matrix of "reversed proportion": Lesser than NOTHING is more than EVERYTHING. But you cannot control it!!!
The last five years of your transformation will stand in this sign - a period of time where the divine spirit as well loves to stand in the rain as in sunshine, as well loves to drink alcohol or none, where he doesn't make a commitment and loves everything that comes and goes - indeed anything but regularity and repetition!!!

Only in the last days of your collective human transformation will they open up, in the last hours and minutes.
So be patient and start to look at your present life on earth as an endless being in the middle of multidimensional cosmic-planetary dance - and not as a path or process which has to be finished as soon as possible. Dear Sabine, last week on Tuesday you have been with Christine and her horses. At the question how she came to you my name was also mentioned. Your message to us was that we should finally get going!!
To this I only can say that for years I'm trying too, but when simply no idea comes up of how and what …. then it is quite frustrating. Your material is fascinating me very much and the first lectures I checked quickly, but now I find that seemingly it only is a flash in the pan.
Somehow the connection got lost. I had to discover that the inner communication doesn't function anymore, there is no fun and I feel disconnected from all. It feels just a glasshouse where you can see everything but don't have access to it. Can you help me along wherefore and why this all happens?? It would be nice to hear from you. Dear Herbert, it would be too much taken out of context, when my message to you all only would say: "Get finally going!" Because this is happening all by itself after you have all come to rest - to your self. Here we want to turn to your question.
Generally there are two perception levels in human life, namely the physical and the spiritual - or also: the outer and the inner.
As long as the outer physical perception level is functioning, has everything "under control" and is pleased how its working, is on the inner level latent peace, a lethargic not-being-involved, an attitude which sais "Okay, let him run on for a while."
In those times you are active, are standing "full in life" - far and wide there is no glasshouse in sight except those of the others where you - accidentally or deliberately - lapidate (a broad grin on the inner levels). Your life is going wild, is round and an active part of the "village"-community.
Then the time of change is coming. Out there is nothing to be fetched, to create and to invent - everything is repeating itself without becalming the inner restlessness, without bringing fulfilment. Outside there is nothing new anymore, but everything old which requires changing - so in the end to change into something new: to a deep inner peace, to a rich fulfilment and to a new creative life- and creating-power.
Now at exact this state are you together with the rest of the world - even if everybody experiences this transition in a different way.
Exactly BECAUSE our material fascinates you and you have "checked it quickly" has your wire died down and no communication is functioning - seemingly. Now your time of your personal inner and spiritual perception has come, the time in the glasshouse (where other can throw stones at), the time of your high self (or divine spirit), which has overtaken your world of body under his will. He, your high spirit finds that here and now it's enough (!) and by no means has he the intention to bob up and down as before. HE WANTS TO LIVE!!!!
To be able to achieve this he has to rebuild your body-structure a bit, polarise and link it new and expand it. He is putting your body and your social life in a kind of spiritual coma, disconnects all contacts between you and the world, puts you in a spirit-operational intensive care unit and hangs a board outside the door, where it stands: "Here lies Herbert. Visits, calls and influence of any kind are forbidden and bounce off this door."
Within this hall are you with your earthly life, which was reduced to a minimum size, all alone. Here you have your bed, your PC, your horses and the stable, your meadows and woods - and US. Others don’t reach you, nor you them. The sun is shining day and night in your room, but most of the time you don't see it because you are either sleeping or you are peeved.
Exactly this is happening now. Christ Emanuel expressed this once so: "When all have left you (if even you cannot feel yourself as before), then AM I with you." I AM is your own Christ-being, YOU SELF but also the beings of the spirit world. We can say this in a different way: When your divine spirit overtakes your human life, your Ego-spirit can do nothing else than to resign and give up.
The ego and his humble ideas, the compulsions to control and permanent fears are indeed THE STRAW OF THE WORLD, which would give a magnificent fire when the spark of spirit hits it. Out of this fire the phoenix of your spirit rises in the end. So is the present straw fire the best investment for a fulfilled, creative and joyful future.
So, take a lot of time with your self, rest and sleep much, go riding and breathe deep, use the Heart-Crystal-Breath, the Sun meditation and other meditations which we gave to you for this - partly burdensome - time.

Hello Sabine, today I tried several times to reach you, asking for a consultation or for answering my question.
At the moment I'm absolutely in panic. In November after a family constellation, which I did with a friend in spiritual realm, I suddenly had a - yes, energetic tie on my feet. I had absolute panic and agony and with this the energy got settled. My angels meant that I can get out of this on my own.

Panic is nothing that you HAVE, but something that FLOWS through you and leaves with it the astral (grey) rooms of earth and the aura of mankind. The tie on your feet is an old energetic legacy which now is noticeable to call your attention for to be redeemed and let go off. In our spiritual sight not you got into panic but with the appearance of this tie the panic of old times rose as the tying happened.
Of course "your" angels are quite right when they tell you that you yourself can get out - and indeed it is very simple. Thereto you have to know however that the phenomena of black magic and repression are not new powers which come into operation, but are ancient powers, energies and shadows which rise from the deep of our cells and aura fields to be redeemed, transformed and crystallised. Now you know it and can act.
Panic, ties and all these astral shadows are ENERGIES, therefore only strong as long as you give them power. You yourself are SPIRIT, but powerless as long as you give these energies power. In the hierarchy spirit stands over energy. Spirit is stronger than energy. Spirit can move, transform and ascend energies. Energy cannot do anything but to descend, hold, swing and eternally repeat - and hope that spirit will help to let go and to ascend. YOU ARE SPIRIT - and can easily transform these energies.

After that I had two months full of fear, because I did not know what was happening, I was shivering when I went into fear. After reading your text I realised that I was in resonance with this. I embraced these things or occupation and my angels meant that this would serve. Since February I've learnt to cope with this and promised to my angels to accept my "lectures".
This I have done so far and I felt better and better except for the processes I went through.
But since yesterday I really don't know what is happening. I really don't know what my angels and spirit guides plan with me, they always say that everything is in right order, I should trust. Out of human or ego sight I cannot judge this at the moment because the tremble started again.

"Your" angels and "your" spirit guidance have nothing on for you. As you accepted the "lecture" you have solved the occupation and went out of the energetic level (horizontal branch of life cross) into the spiritual level (vertical branch of life cross). Now you have risen into the spiritual power of your human being - and experience the next "lecture".
Occupations, ties and fear about "not-knowing-what-happens" are horizontal energetic darkness. "No-longer-knowing-what-happens-within-you" while "your" angels absolutely insist that everything is in order, is the first encounter with your vertical spiritual darkness. And again the angels are right. Everything is in order. Because your embodied spirit also breathes between the pole of DARKNESS (planet earth, body, mater and being human) and LIGHT (cosmos, spirit, soul, being angel or mastery).
Fear occurs here only because you all pathologize such great moments of self-findings and declare it or yourself as "ill, not normal" or "crazy". But this you are not. It is only so, that your divine spirit is flowing into your wide open body fields and makes himself comfortable, arranges himself at home and gets strong enough that in the future he can redeem with great easiness and joy the occupations and shadows of mankind and of the world (the forth wave of awakeners) through your bodies and hearts.

Don't try to reach me (Sabine) but stay within your self; at least you have reached yourself after ages. And apprehend that these are not YOUR fears, but a part of the ascending heritage of old times that flows through all human and lightworkers whose heart is open. Fears are energy forms which we have drawn down and used to get to know ourselves. And now we don't need them anymore, therefore let us again let them go and ascend.

Breathe deeply, open your heart, wave goodbye to the fears and disorientated and thank them for their service on your evolution.
